Fixes:
- Fixed disenchant candidate filtering on non-English clients (e.g. deDE) where item class/type strings are localized; filtering now uses language-independent item class IDs.
- Fixed Enchant Helper incorrectly attaching to the Hunter Beast Training window; the helper now only appears when the active profession is Enchanting.

Features:
- Added full localization support for all supported WoW client languages.
- Added localized minimap button tooltip text (title and click hints).
- Added proper handling for longer translated UI strings (e.g. German) to prevent overlap and wrapping issues.

Improvements:
- Enchant Helper “Auto overwrite” checkbox label now stays inline with the checkbox for better readability on narrow layouts (e.g. Steam Deck).
- Improved UI sizing and anchoring so buttons and labels adapt more gracefully to different languages and UI scales.
- Localization tables are now complete for all supported client locales so untranslated keys do not appear in the UI.

Compatibility:
- Tested on Classic Era and TBC Anniversary clients.

Testing Notes:
- Localization strings for ruRU, koKR, zhCN, and zhTW are included but have not been tested in-client due to lack of access to those locales.
