Fixes:
- Disenchant list no longer equips items on Classic Era; disenchant actions now target bag slots directly via secure spell actions.
- Fixed disenchant buttons silently failing on newer Classic clients due to secure click handling changes.
- Disenchant list now refreshes automatically whenever the Loot2Dust window is opened (no longer empty after relog).
- Escape key now reliably closes the Loot2Dust window.

Improvements:
- Added a minimap button:
  * Left-click toggles the Loot2Dust window
  * Right-click opens the Enchanting window
- Added an in-window toggle to show/hide the minimap button.
- Improved secure button rebuild logic to avoid combat lockdown issues.
- Updated click handling to support both mouse-down and mouse-up execution where required.
- Enchant Helper now updates immediately when selecting a new enchant recipe.
- Enchant Helper correctly handles both Craft and TradeSkill enchanting frames.

UI:
- Fixed bottom-row button alignment (Transparency / OK / Enchanting).
- Transparency toggle behavior cleaned up and made consistent.

Compatibility:
- Maintains full compatibility with Classic Era, Anniversary, and TBC-era clients.
- Attempts to distinguish between Classic and Outland items for disenchant prediction logic.

Internal:
- Refactored secure rebuild flow for reliability and future-proofing.
- Cleaned up frame scoping issues and forward declarations.
- Minor code cleanup and stability improvements.
