Automatically turns on combat logging in dungeons, raids and PvP, asks before stopping it when you leave, and shows whether it's on.

- Renamed to LogWarden. Slash commands are now
/lwand/logwarden. - Leaving an instance now asks "Stop combat logging?" instead of stopping on its own. Choose No to keep the log running.
- Zoning back into the instance before answering closes the question and keeps logging.
