LockoutsManyAltsHandleIT

Refactored the Item Inventory section to fall in line with the games
ever evolving warband system.
All currencies should now display on the current characters tooltip.

Known issue: Offline character totals do not display correctly in the display section
or tooltip AFTER the transfer tool is used to move currency within an account, it only
updates when those characters are logged into /sigh. Saved variable issue, I made an
attempt at adding a manual click this type button for each alt that changed but
decided that was a bit to much.

Added Crown Chemical Company to the quest section of 
MidNight for daily lockouts.

Got expansion Raids to display correctly now with a fix for 10 and 25 man. 

Heroic dungeon daily lockout display fix implemented, but only works for Cataclysm 
up to the end of Battle for Azeroth.

ALSO: I have dabbled in very little PTR stuff yet and zero Beta here. New stuff will be added
in while I play and determine what needs added once MidNight releases. 
Raids and dungeons... should work as expected. Quest's, currencies and rares will be 
a work in progress.
