Added character level to the tooltip on hover over the current character.

Fixed the feature frames from walking around to different positions on alternate characters.

Added a new current character portrait type water mark in the background.

The new character portrait can be rotated by click and dragging.

Added a new opton to turn the character portrait on or off in the deep settings panel.

Added 2 slide bars, to adjust the character portrait alpha and zoom levels in the deep settings panel.

Added a new page to the deep settings panel for notes, moved author tools to the new page.
