Added a new instance per hour countdown tracker display with information when hovered over.
Added a new toggles to the deep settings panel to enable or disable the total gold display
and the new instance per hour tracker. Added a color key hint frame to the panel also.
Added some Midnight expansion place holders for raids and dungeons.
Added some pertinent rares and some daily or weekly  quests to older expansions so they were 
not empty anymore.
