Added a new button that takes the user directly to this addons panel  settings.

In the new options > addons > panel the user can enable or disable the new ItemInventory tools that were added.

Adjusted the tooltips to show the total item count on the bottom with a slight color change.

Rearranged buttons, swapped a texture and added another. Tooltips, names, sizes, and positions  were adjusted.
