Changed the appearance setting. Now it is not the width of the panel that is set, but the margins for the text. The minimum width of the panel is also set.

Изменил настройку внешнего вида. Теперь устанавливается не ширина панели, а отступы для текста. А также устанавливается минимальная ширина панели.
