Per-boss loadouts for raids
- Assign a loadout to individual raid bosses, not just the raid. Expand a raid
  with the + toggle to see its bosses.

Two bosses on one floor
- Picking one boss's loadout automatically postpones the others on that floor.

Remind Later
- Every reminder now offers Remind Later alongside Dismiss.
- A postponed reminder never returns on a timer. It comes back on a boss kill, a
  change of floor, or when you come back from AFK.
- New option: "Remind again when you come back from AFK" (on by default).
- Dismiss is per boss and final for the run.

Fixes
- Unlocking the popup to move it no longer revives dismissed reminders. It shows
  a stand-in to drag, freezes checks while unlocked, and locking restores exactly
  what was on screen before.
- The popup sizes itself to its contents -- no more clipped text.
- Sound no longer replays when an already-open popup redraws.s.
