fixed a few things, moved the options panel into its own page, added more locale stuff, added features now have a disabled button to turn them off if you dont want litevault do any of that,

I want to make this clear I personally use this addon so some features maybe added it is okay to let me know if you dont like a feauture, for future referance any new feature i add will now come with a disable option. 

i also fixed an issue of the character overlay bleeding onto your bags, and your profession treasures should now track across all toons you will just have to relog onto those toons.
