LiteVault

• added more translations for several of the locales.
• also made sure to keep zhCN and zhTW distinct, hopefully fingers crossed
• added more quests to the weekly tracker,
• added more cache/troves to the ledger, these will take effect next week or on alts you havent opened them on. 

I know that some translations are missing im working little by little to get them in. 

as a reminder LiteVault is a work in progress. thank you to everyone who is using the addon and letting me know what you are seeing :D
