Small maintenance update focused on scaling behavior, startup reliability, and cleanup.

Changes

• Improved automatic scaling behavior for 5K, 6K, and 8K displays so Extra Small, Balanced, Larger, and Extra Large remain meaningfully different.
• Preserved established automatic targets:
  • 1440p Balanced: 0.53333
  • 4K Balanced: approximately 0.71111
• Added a short, bounded startup verification window to handle late UI-scale changes during login or /reload.
• Improved initialization reliability without adding continuous polling or background processing.
• Changed Blizzard scale wording to Blizzard Default for clarity.
• Added LiteScale's icon to add-on metadata.
• Removed a small amount of unused UI code.

Technical

• No external dependencies.
• No continuous OnUpdate processing.
• Existing account-wide settings and preferences are preserved.
