• Fixed the bug where 1 character chat messages would not be sent.
• Moved the outgoing chat hook so it would not interfere with the processing of secure chat commands from the command line (like typing /focus)
• Added dictionary functions, converted HorribleEnEs to dictionary type.
• Dictionary translation is not fully tested, and more work needs to be done on HorribleEnEs to make it work right
