### Mouse Wheel Casting
- Fixed Mouse Wheel Up and Mouse Wheel Down bindings being saved but not casting.
- Reworked mouse-wheel casting to use dedicated secure proxy buttons.
- Mouse-wheel bindings remain active only while hovering Lifeweaver group frames.
- Wheel proxy units now follow party-frame reordering and roster changes correctly.

### Fixed
- Fixed a startup error introduced by the new mouse-wheel casting system.
- Removed unsupported `SetFrameRef` / `GetFrameRef` usage from Lifeweaver healing frames.
- Secure mouse-wheel proxies are now referenced by frame name instead.
- Improved reliability of secure mouse-wheel casting without affecting normal mouse-wheel behavior outside Lifeweaver frames.
