Appearance

• Added Background Opacity setting — adjust the tracker background from fully transparent to solid black (values 1–20, default 12)

Sound

• Added LibSharedMedia-3.0 support — sound picker now lists all sounds registered by installed SharedMedia addons in addition to the built-in options
• Sound list is scrollable with mousewheel and thumb drag, grouped into Built-in Sounds and SharedMedia sections sorted alphabetically
• Popup height adjusts dynamically to content size

Quality of Life

• Addon loaded message is now only shown to Restoration Druids — other classes and specs no longer see it on login
