+ Manual mode - Add frame button. Manual mode only showed the +/target/- buttons on a frame while windows were unlocked, so with windows locked - or after removing every frame - there was no + to click and no way to add one. The Layout panel now has an "Add frame" button (shown in Manual mode) that works whether windows are locked or empty; it starts bound to you. Unlock windows for the in-world +/target/- buttons as before.

+ Out-of-range dimming now handles phased and unloaded players - Frames already dim when a unit is outside healing range. Now a groupmate the game hasn't loaded - someone in a different phase or layer, shown as a bare character with no gear - dims too, since you can't reach them either. And a unit that is loaded and in range stays lit even in the split second it can't be targeted (for example right as it dies), instead of briefly flickering dim.

+ Tuned defaults (fresh installs only) - The Lifebloom bar starts a little shorter, the Lifebloom "refresh by here" line starts off, and windows start unlocked so you can drag them into place right away. Your existing settings are untouched; this only changes what a brand-new install (or a profile reset) begins with.
