+ Click-casting is now optional, and OFF by default — frames behave like normal raid frames out of the box: left-click targets the unit, right-click opens its menu. Turn click-to-heal back on under Clicks → Enable click-casting (left / right / middle then cast Regrowth / Rejuv / Lifebloom, or whatever you bind). Clique still takes over when click-casting is on and Clique is installed.

+ Incoming heals — A Blizzard-style heal-prediction band fills the empty part of the health bar to show heals already on the way, so you don't pile on a heal that's about to be overkill. On by default; toggle under Frames → Show incoming heals, recolor under Appearance → Incoming-heal band.

+ Lifebloom refresh line is now configurable — the white "refresh by here" line on the Lifebloom bar has its own toggle and a position slider (in seconds), so you can line it up with your latency and set bonuses instead of a fixed point. Lifebloom bar → 1-GCD refresh line + Refresh line position.
