* New: configuration dialog integrated into WoW's interface settings.
* New: Option to always show the icon.
* New: Option to lock the icon.
* New: Option to enable/disable the addon.

* Changed: The "/lbt" command does not accept any parameters now. Just type /lbt to open up the settings page.
* Changed: The "cm" mode is changed to "always show" and now displays a semi-transparent icon.
* Changed: The frame scaling allows for greater and more detailed values.

* Bug: No errors thrown on hiding the addon.
* Bug: The scale is now saved properly.
