Description
LidPanels UserMedia is the required companion project for LidPanels.
Its purpose is simple:
- provide a safe, separate folder for your custom background files
- prevent your custom backgrounds from being overwritten when LidPanels updates
Folder path:
Interface\AddOns\LidPanels_UserMedia\Your_Backgrounds
How to use
- Install both projects:
- LidPanels
- LidPanels UserMedia
- Put your image files into:
Interface\AddOns\LidPanels_UserMedia\Your_Backgrounds - Supported formats:
- .tga
- Reload once in-game:
/reload
Notes
- LidPanels now depends on LidPanels UserMedia.
- If LidPanels UserMedia is missing or disabled, LidPanels will still work.
- Keep your files in this folder for update-safe storage across future LidPanels releases.
