ADDON_LOADED handling, save anchor positions, bg/gradient options

Xuerian:
    - Add default position storage method to XUI:CreateAnchor
    - Allow options.backdrop and options.gradient to be false for XUI:Skin
    - Refactor Profile:OnEvent, handle non-existing default keys
    - Change to ADDON_LOADED, properly fire only when our addon is loading, trigger OnLoad instead of VarsLoaded
    - Profile: Reorder enUS strings
