Library: WorldExplorer Static Database (LibWEStaticDB)

This is a library of the data files used for WorldExplorer (V2).

It is currently in a usable state but has only got data for Outlands and the layout will likely change several times before WorldExplorer (V2) goes to release.

There are several reasons I moved this data to a separate library:

1. I wanted others to be able to use it in other addons (BUT conditions apply (See the Licence)! Mainly cause I'm Vain! ;-))
2. I wanted to make it fully copyrighted (So the months I am spending on this aren't abused by someone for a quick buck!) yet didn't want to make WorldExplorer copyrighted so others can still use/learn from it and it's code. :)

I have disabled the comments and opened up the forum as I feel it's a bit more structured and as ppl tend to just dump errors and problems in to the comments it is hard to deal with them but the forum would have it's own thread! So go say HI!
