    Cataclysm update 4:

    - checked and corrected almost all player level ranges for zones and instances
    - added Blackwing Descent
    - added Dragon Soul
    - added Baradin Hold
    - added Throne of the Four Winds
    - added local variable to replace MAX_PLAYER_LEVEL, which is still set to 60 in WoW (this affects level ranges for battlegrounds and arenas)
