Disable no-lib creation in .pkgmeta
Set CallbackHandler-1.0 and LibStub repository paths in .pkgmeta and delete embedded folders
Fixed spellIDs for Cataclysm compatibility
Registered UNIT_SPELLCAST_FAILED/INTERRUPTED and pointed them to UNIT_SPELLCAST_STOP function (ResComm_Ressed was firing inappropriately)
With Phanx's help, added ticket #2 distinguish between CANRES/self-res types in ResComm_CanRes (Soulstone, Twisting Nether, Reincarnate). These are localized. More info coming soon
