LibPrint is primarily designed to route addon output based on a priority list of potential destinations. It also allows addons to specify a prefix and default color for output. Destinations can be frames (specified by number or by the name set in the associated tab) or function closures, allowing LibPrint to be extended to use custom forms of output.
