Cameron Knight:
    - Fix folder name in .pkgmeta
    - Add tests to main LibDeformat-3.0.lua accessible only in debug mode and LibDeformat.Test() must be called to run the tests. Remove other tests, as they're not really useful anymore.
    - Add some comments and move some code around.
    - change @example to @usage
    - Initial commit
