Here you can see how !events doesn't work since its off but when !taverns is done it does work. you do see a double message since it whispered to myself. in future release you won't see the outgoing whispers anymore.

I suck at this but i'm making progress quickly and here's my work so far after serveral times starting over i found this working fine.. slider wouldn't work well.
