v1.4.2: Fix persistent spinner after group join
- Don't replace DataProvider when it's empty (search in progress) — previously this wiped Blizzard's spinner state and prevented results from displaying after the search completed - Extend group join suppression window from 5s to 10s and refresh it on each GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE during formation (multiple events fire during the transition and the old window expired too early)
