    - Bump TOC to 4.3
    - GetLFGDungeonInfo() has new return values
    The return values from GetLFGDungeonInfo() changed. Luckily, there's a
    constant LFG_RETURN_VALUES that gives the indices to the desired values.
    Start using that instead in isRandomDungeonDisplayable()
