Visualizes dungeon lockouts in the premade group lists of the LFD tool and adds additional filters.
What's new
- added: if searching for a specific dungeon with difficulty given like "Arcway (Mythic)", difficulty filters will now be ignored (so you find Arcway groups, even if mythic is set to hide). Only affects searches including "(<difficulty name>)".
