- UI window automatically hides at level 90 (level cap) and will not reopen unless /luc is typed.
- /luc will always toggle the window, even at level cap.
- Restored proper labels: "XP to level:", "Kills to level:", "Quests to level:".

- Completely Redesigned UI.
- Replaced chat-only output with a custom UI window:
  - XP remaining to level
  - Estimated kills to level
  - Estimated quests to level
  - XP progress bar
  - Real-time updates on XP from kills and quests.
- Displays character name, class, race, and level in color.
- Custom status bar with tooltip for current XP and percent.
- XP bar glows on level up; kill icon bounces on XP from kills.
- Window can be moved and remembers its position.
- /luc shows or hides the window.
- Removed: chat-only output, old XP estimation logic, and combat log parsing in favor of direct API hooks.
