It sends chat message to party and guild. as you see below. the rest of the ui for a mod i am workin on is there too. it is coming into a full blown ui. ie Relic

This mod was created to announce when you level to guild and party members. it will also announce hello to the guild when you log in. will keep it updated as often as possible. the only update this mod needs is the version number. mod has been in use for three years. just thought it time to share it with everyone else. this project has been incorporated into guild welcome. if you would like a updated version of this project email at admin@relicsmods.info
