First attempt at creating Custom Nameplates (LCC_Nameplate[index])

Barebones Uninterruptible Hardcoded SpellIDs for Classic/TBC (need SpellIDs)

"Larger Nameplates" Option now only changes it per session (set to Large by default), to change it you'll have to navigate to Functions.lua and change the LARGE_NAMEPLATES value, this is due to CVars being inconsistent across versions and I don't want any SavedVariables
