Legacy Hunter
Your companion for hunting the past. Legacy Hunter tracks transmog appearance
collection across every old raid and dungeon in the game, so you always know
what's still missing and where to go get it.
Features
- **Raid & Dungeon browser** — every tracked raid and dungeon from Classic
through Midnight, split into their own categories, with a live collection
percentage per instance and per boss.
- **Boss loot lists** — every appearance a boss can drop, with a clear
collected/missing indicator, clickable item links, and a difficulty filter
for raids (dungeons share one appearance pool across difficulties, so no
filter is needed there).
- **Missing Loot window** — a small, resizable, collapsible-by-boss overlay
that automatically shows everything you're still missing the moment you
enter a tracked raid or dungeon, and disappears when you leave. Bosses
start minimised; click one to expand it.
- **Lockouts** — weekly raid lock status per character, with a boss-by-boss
kill breakdown.
- **Raid skips** — tracks the repeatable "warp past early bosses" quests
most modern raids offer, so you know at a glance whether a skip is
currently available.
- **Notifications** — a chat announcement (with clickable item links) the
moment you collect a new appearance, plus a once-per-session weekly reset
reminder and raid-skip-available alert.
- **Tooltip integration** — collection status, source, and boss appended
directly to item tooltips.
- **Completionist mode** — switch between per-appearance tracking (default —
"collected" means any source sharing that look) and per-item tracking (a
specific piece still counts as missing even if a recolor of it doesn't).

Settings
Accessible via `/lh config` or Blizzard's Interface Options:
- UI scale, show/hide collected or missing items, progress bars, item
preview on hover.
- Missing Loot window on/off.
- Hide specific expansions from the nav sidebar, the Lockouts/Skips
filters, and the Missing Loot window — your overall collection progress
still counts hidden expansions, it just declutters browsing.
- Tooltip and notification toggles.
- Completionist mode, debug output.
Known limitations
- English (enUS) only.
- Requires the retail client's Encounter Journal data to resolve boss
lists — an instance can briefly show "Boss data unavailable" the very
first time you view it if that data hasn't loaded yet.
