Left Mouse Turn

Turn your World of Warcraft character by holding the left mouse button over the game world, just like you normally would with the right mouse button.

Left Mouse Turn uses WoW’s native Turn and Action command. It does not start Lua mouselook, poll the keyboard, or permanently replace your existing mouse bindings. Normal clicks on interface elements continue to work as usual.

Assign a key to Toggle Left Mouse Turn under:

Settings → Keybindings → Left Mouse Turn

If toggled during combat, the binding change is safely applied when combat ends.
