Least Valuable Item List

Added
  - Options page under Esc → Options → AddOns. It holds all settings so you don't have to use the pane itself. /lvil config opens it too.
  - Only show when bags are full. The pane appears only when your bags are open and no normal bag has a free slot. Ammo and profession bags are ignored.
  - Pop up when a loot fails because bags are full. The pane appears even if your bags are closed when the game reports "Inventory is full". It stays up until you close it or free a slot. Off by default.
  - Vendor / Auction value toggle in the pane header. The list is valued and sorted by either price. Auction prices come from Auctionator or TSM. Items with no scanned auction price fall back to their vendor price, shown dimmed.
  - Configurable row count, 3 to 20 rows (default 10). The window resizes to match.
  - First-run tutorial. Three steps: right-click a row to hide it, the value toggle, and the cog. It runs once, and a "Show tutorial" checkbox on the options page replays it.
  - Enable the list checkbox on the options page. /lvil still toggles it too.

Changed
  - The cog now opens the options page. The small settings popup is gone.
  - "Hide quest items" and "Show hidden rows" moved to the options page.

Notes
  - Existing installs will see the tutorial once after updating.
