LCRAIDTRACKER SOD - Stat Weights

Implemented a chat listening automation to automatically deduct awarded points from people receiving loot as Big Upgrade Bis and Minor Upgrade Bis.

Improved the hooking process for the plugins to attach and interface with RCLC classic.

Removed some debugging.

Left some debugging for hooking success.

Added a default to Debug window then fall back to general chat window if not found.

Implemented plugin to work with rclootcouncil classic. 

Now shows an anchored frame to the right side and scrolls with rclootcouncil voting frame that displays the totals from the sod stat weights database. 

Moved Syncing to single stat weight instead of chunking whole file for syncing.

Added additional debugging.

Fixed bug where debugging and stat weights were sending to non LC members.

Fixed Header Tooltips.

Updated name stripping logic for syncing.

Increased amount of chunks but lowered send time. 

Added debugging prints to chat to show chunk updates.

Fixed Sync bugs and moved to a more reliable sync method.

Sync debugging now prints to chat for clarity.

Updated Stat Weights window to now have a row & column highlight for better visability.

Added a button to quickly clear Loot Council Members.

Updated Stat Weight header tooltips for easier readability.

Updated Dark mode option to have a solid black background for better visibility and readability.

Added an awarded column that will be tracked during raid for pieces awarded during raid to even out stat weights, this helps insure that not the same person is on top the whole raid getting multiple pieces over someone with lower scores in other weights, and help preserve fairness.

Fixed some of the sync bugs.

Added a few ui elements.

Added Master// slave assignments as Raid Leader.

Added Sync functionality from Master to slaves.

Added Specific syncing by setting delegated Loot Council members to receive updates only.
