• docs: release v0.4.6
• fix(pricing): check vendor prices before market prices
  Vendor-sold reagents (dyes, vials, flux, threads, etc.) were priced at
  AH market value because the vendor provider was checked last in the
  priority chain. TSM/Auctionator returned AH prices first, so vendor
  prices were never consulted.
  Vendor provider now queries TSM vendorbuy and Auctionator merchant data
  instead of a hardcoded table. PriceManager checks vendor prices first
  as an authoritative source before falling through to market providers.
