• perf: fix FPS hitch during batch crafting (Issue #3)
  Separate expensive path recalculation from lightweight shopping list
  updates. BAG_UPDATE now triggers RefreshShoppingList() which only
  recalculates missing materials using cached path. Full recalculation
  only occurs when skill level actually changes.
  This fixes severe FPS hitches reported by users during batch crafting,
  affecting both low-end and high-end hardware (4090/7800x3d).
