What's new

0.2.0

  • Changed: CurseForge description now calls out full localization as its own section, instead of leaving it unmentioned entirely -- German, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, covering every tab, not previously surfaced anywhere on the page, with a disclaimer inviting native-speaker feedback since translation accuracy hasn't had a human-speaker review pass yet.
  • Fixed: opening the Character panel (the button, or pressing C) left Lazy Peons Mail's window sitting on top of it -- confirmed live, same class of bug already fixed for the Guild panel and the Auction House. CharacterFrame's own OnShow is now hooked the same way.
  • New: Lazy Peons Mail is now tied to the Coin & Hearth name (text only -- no website, no links anywhere, and the mail window itself still carries no branding). The .toc now lists Coin & Hearth as the author and ends its Notes with "A Coin & Hearth addon."; the slash command's help text (/lazymail help, or any unrecognized command) now opens with "Lazy Peons Mail <version>, a Coin & Hearth addon." -- same tagline wording as Notchwork, the other Coin & Hearth addon, so the two read as one family wherever a player runs into either.
  • Fixed: Warbound gear still wasn't attaching via "Green & Blue BoE," even after the earlier bindType fix (0.1.56) -- confirmed live on a "Warbound until equipped" item. Two separate problems stacked on top of each other: (1) the quick-attach scan itself excludes anything the game already shows as "bound," which is correct for ordinary items but not for Warbound ones -- those genuinely are bound to the account yet still mailable to your own alts right up until equipped, and that distinction was never being made; (2) its bind type was being looked up by bare item ID, which only ever reports an item's generic template, not the Warbound flag a specific drop actually carries -- that only shows up when looked up by the item's real link. Both are fixed: Warbound gear (and only Warbound gear, not an item that's genuinely soulbound) is let through the scan, and its bind type is now read correctly.
  • New: two more Quick Attach categories on the Send tab: Elemental and Inscription. Checked what quick-attach categories other mail addons offer and found two Trade Goods material types that had no button here at all despite being just as commonly looted/mailed as Ore/Herbs/Cloth/Leather/Enchanting/Cooking/Gems already were -- Elemental (primal/crystallized/eternal elements, motes) and Inscription (pigments, parchment, milled herbs).
  • Removed: the "Right-click an item, or drag it into the box above, to attach it." hint text below the Quick Attach buttons on the Send tab. Once it's been read once, it's just dead space under a row of self-explanatory labeled buttons -- the same call already made for the To box's own completion hint (0.1.56).
  • Fixed: the Money Ledger's "By zone" breakdown always showed zero rows in both "In by zone" and "Out by zone", even though the totals above them were correct -- confirmed live, on every character checked. The underlying zone data was fine; the bug was in how the breakdown picked which list of keys to display, which could never actually switch to zone mode -- so it kept looking for zone names among the usual handful of source categories ("Auction sales", "Mail (other)", etc.), found none, and left every row empty. Zone-by-zone rows now show up correctly.
  • Fixed: clicking the Auction House button could still leave Lazy Peons Mail's window sitting on top of it, blocking it from showing at all -- confirmed live. An earlier fix (0.1.56) closes the mail interaction itself when you walk off to an auctioneer NPC with mail still open, but that only covers a physical NPC interaction while actually at a mailbox -- it didn't catch every other way the Auction House can open. The mail window now closes the moment the Auction House itself shows, the same way it already does for the Guild/Communities panel, regardless of how it was opened.
  • Fixed: opening a loose-gold item (e.g. a "Rattling Bag o' Gold") while still standing at an open mailbox could be logged as "Mail (other)" instead of loot -- confirmed live. A gold-only loot with no visible window has nothing to mark it as a loot except a chat message that can arrive slightly after the gold itself does, and if the mailbox is the only thing still open at that exact instant, that's what got credited. The brief hold this already uses before committing an ambiguous gold change now re-checks once more right before committing, so a loot that only announces itself a moment late is still caught correctly instead of locking in the first guess.
