- Fixed: a character could show 0 gold in the Money Ledger's "Gold on all characters" total/tooltip right after you logged OUT of it normally and into a different character -- even though it was showing its correct, real balance moments before, during 0.1.42 testing. Root cause was the mirror image of the 0.1.42 fix: Lazy Peons Mail also re-checked your gold right at logout as a safety net, but that check could itself misread nothing (not even a zero -- the value came back missing entirely) in the moment the game is tearing things down on the way back to character select, silently erasing the already-correct value right before it got saved. That logout-time re-check is removed outright -- your gold is already kept correct throughout play every time it actually changes, so there was nothing it could safely add, only something it could break.
