Lazy Man's M+ Start

This add on replaces my favorite Weakaura but goes one step furter. You start a ready check the group, when everyone is ready the key auto starts! You can also cancel the countdown in case not all are ready. This will be updated as i think of new features.

Added Auto-Marking: Integrated role-based markers. The addon now assigns Square to the Tank and Star to the Healer at the start of the countdown.

Updated Author: Official authorship changed to Nogy.

Improved Metadata: Updated .toc file to support the 12.0 "Midnight" interface while maintaining compatibility with current retail builds.

Logic Refinement: Tweaked the READY_CHECK_FINISHED fallback to ensure the auto-start fires even in high-latency environments.

Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the UI could stay visible if the pedestal was closed manually before the key was started.
