🌟 What's New & Improvements

• Missing Addon Detection: Fixed an issue where group members without LayerRadar were incorrectly labeled as "DESYNCED" / "Phased". The addon now clearly distinguishes between raiders who are on a different layer vs. raiders who simply do not have LayerRadar installed.
• CurseForge Callout & Alerts: Added announcements in /lr report prompting group members without the addon to install LayerRadar from CurseForge so layers can be synchronized.
• New Slash Command (/lr missing / /lr check): Audits your party/raid and calls out only players who do not have the addon installed.
• Dynamic HUD Color Indicators:
  • 🟢 Green Border: 100% synced on the same layer.
  • 🔴 Red Border: Phased raiders detected (actual layer mismatch — needs layer invite).
  • 🟠 Orange Border: Everyone with the addon is synced, but some raiders are missing the addon or calibrating.
• Detailed Tooltip Breakdown: Hovering over the HUD now displays dedicated sections for Synced Raiders, Phased Raiders (with their specific layer hashes), and Missing Addon players.
• Active PING & Presence Handshake: Added background presence queries so newly joined group members and uncalibrated players check in seamlessly without lag.
• Safe Chat Chunking: Chat announcements with large group rosters are automatically split to strictly respect WoW's 255-character chat limit without truncation.
• 100% Backward Compatible: Works seamlessly alongside group members still running v1.0.1.
