Intelligent Zone Shard Hopping

• Context-Aware "Hop Zone": Replaced unguided blind hops with an area-aware Hop Zone button that only activates when an alternate physical shard is confirmed in your current zone, eliminating failed out-of-zone hop attempts.
• Out-of-Zone Guard: Peers located in remote zones in the "All Peers" tab now display a grayed-out Away tag to prevent misclicks that do not phase your local environment.

Chat Integrity & Configuration UX

• Settings Modal Integration: Moved the Fix Chat Channels button to sit alongside Reset Badge Pos in the configuration panel (Gear icon), keeping the Help card strictly informational.
• Silent 30-Second Channel Audit: Background ticker continuously verifies that General (/1) and Trade (/2) remain protected from displacement without generating log clutter.
• Handshake Timeout Protection: Integrated an 8-second connection timeout guard to prevent the network status indicator from getting stuck in an unresolved connecting state.
