• v2.5.0: German (deDE) locale — UI strings and subzone matching
  Adds Locale/deDE.lua with translations for all UI chrome: config window
  labels, slash command output, debug strings, HUD text, and preview demo.
  German clients will see translated interface text; boss tip content remains
  English pending a full structured-notes translation pass.
  Adds SubzoneMatches() to Core.lua to support localized subzone aliases
  (area.subzoneLocales). On English clients behaviour is identical to before;
  the helper is a no-op when no locale overlay has populated subzoneLocales.
