• v2.4.3: fill encounterIDs for all 35 timewalking dungeons
  All 6 TW pools now have confirmed encounterIDs sourced from
  warcraft.wiki.gg DungeonEncounterID table and cross-verified
  against LittleWigs source files (TBC, WotLK, Cata, MoP, WoD,
  Legion — 35 dungeons total). Also fixes Stonecore detection
  with confirmed in-game instanceID=725 and uiMapID=324.
