• v2.4.0: add scrollable HUD, user area notes, and auto-expand toggle
  • HUD content now sits in a ScrollFrame; mouse-wheel scrolls anywhere over
    the HUD (via transparent passthrough overlay). Scrollbar fades in on
    hover, fades out when the cursor leaves.
  • Pencil button (bottom-left) opens a draggable note popup: Enter saves,
    Shift+Enter inserts a newline, Clear removes the note. Notes are stored
    per area (instanceID:subzone key) in KwikTipDB.notes and appended to
    the bottom of built-in tips.
  • Auto-expand height and Show Note Button are both toggleable in settings.
  • luacheckrc: add UIFrameFadeIn, UIFrameFadeOut, IsShiftKeyDown globals.
