• v2.2.2: remove phase-switching feature (tainted spellIDs in Midnight 12.x)
  ENCOUNTER_TIMELINE_EVENT_ADDED/REMOVED spellIDs are secret/tainted values
  in Midnight 12.x — comparison and table lookup both throw. No boss had
  phases defined, so the feature was unused and only caused crashes (341x
  per session reported). Removed FormatPhaseContent, OnTimelineEventAdded,
  OnTimelineEventRemoved, timelineLog, _activePhaseSpellID, and
  _timelineEventsRegistered. mobLog retained with a comment explaining the
  dead write path.
