Changelog
• Groups creation and editing: left/right columns and rows are fixed now.
• CooldownCounter was made even simpler and it will only affect icons and action bar spells (the old one uses a bit of memory).
• I still couldn't find the problem behind duplicate groups that when moved both clone and original are moved unless you reload (still working on it)
