### Fixed

- Own character data now saves even when the expansion max-level API is unavailable (e.g. 12.0.5). A character with a valid keystone in their bag bypasses the level gate, since keystone possession already confirms M+ eligibility. Prevents `characters` and `guild.members` tables from remaining empty after login.

- Added a manual expansion max-level fallback of `90` when Blizzard level APIs do not return a value, preventing false negatives in eligibility checks on patch transitions.
