### Fixed
- Hardened runtime event registration for 12.0.5 taint-heavy sessions by routing each event bind through a guarded safe-register path and failing closed per-event instead of issuing raw `frame:RegisterEvent` calls.
- Added a recovery registration attempt on `PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD` when runtime events were not fully registered during earlier startup timing.
- Improved Party/Guild data convergence by aligning Party tab cache resolution with alias-aware own-store fallback and strengthening group-member score fallback behavior.
